"Very few make their pasta from scratch when they decide to host a ravioli dinner. Truffle Pig Gourmet does. Fresh, homemade, stuffed ravioli, that were so delicate they melted in your mouth, were made in an 8-course series that ranged from smoked salmon ravioli with dill and a light silky saffron sauce to feta filled ravioli with pureed bright red beets the color of fresh strawberries. If that was not amazing and original enough, we were treated to baked ravioli filled with nutella and topped with freshly whipped cream as a dessert. Truly a masterful meal with creativity beyond that which you can find at leading Italian restaurants in the DC metro area."
